I'm back again. Nitin left last night. The party was great. Jagerbombs, the rocks, live bands, black sambuca, Melbourne, Yarra valley, reunion with Nish, flaming shots, mouth on fire shots, MCG Tour, U2, Luna Park, walks in the park, talks in the park, Carltons in the park, JD at home, ghazals at home, early mornings, great Indian food, power nap in Hyde park, long distance phone calls, reminiscing, anticipating, preparing for an encore in Dec.
This is detox week!
Chalo, wishlists may be sent to the gmail address. Bono is a legend. Abhishek & Ashmita are the best hosts one could hope for. Shantaram is the best book I've had the good fortune of reading in a long long time. I did take photos in my recent adeventures. Will try and take some time to put a few up.
Incidentally, the early mornings in the list above refers to those when one went to sleep post sunrise.

A very close friend of mine once mentioned a quote which has stayed with me over the years. Our conversation at the time was centered around the universe of love.......the quote reads, "The heart has its reasons that reason knows not of"
The profundity of the quote rests in its simplicity. Kamaaaaaal hai yaar!
In other news, I leave this Sunday for the trip as per my previous post. Vietnam is very inviting though I do not have much time there and the Vietnamese-Australian girl I met earlier today mentioned that she once went to Ho Chi Minh city and thought it was quite disorderly. I have a feeling I'm gonna like the place.
A good friend is visiting me early Nov......so a trip to Melbourne is in the offing, then U2 & Pearl Jam in the middle of the month following which it will be time to get ready to take off for my month long India trip in Dec. Lots to look fwd to, days go by...............off to bed now, good night.
A barrage of Jager bombs fell this Fri night..............later folks :-)

The nomad
Sydney.......Bangkok.......Rayong.......Ho Chi Minh city.......Singapore.......Shanghai.......Sydney
Different surroundings shall lend a different perspective.
Alas, Monhe will be missed in Shanghai but there's always next time.
I really should buy a camera now but I think Kunal will be kind enough to lend me his. Let's hope I'm not lazy enough to not use it.
